   Facilities

All bedrooms are en-suite, recently refurbished, non-smoking and equipped with tea/coffee - making facilities, shaver/toothbrush socket, hairdryer.

There is a utility kitchen which guests can use to prepare their own food or heat take-aways etc. It has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and sink. It also has a fridge/freezer and an iron and ironing board

Full English breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 8:30 – 9:30am.(Earlier by prior agreement)

There is a Lounge with local guide books and maps

We will be pleased to offer advice on sights to see, places to visit, where to walk.

Policy on Dogs and Children

We regret that we do not accept children under the age of 16.

However we do accept dogs.              Dog Facilities

Dogs are allowed in all rooms of the house, not just your bedroom.

Room 1 is a Standard Double / Twin room, side-facing with a view of the barnyard.
Room 2 is a Superior Double room, South-facing with a view of Helvellyn**
Room 3 is a Superior Double room, South-facing with a view of Helvellyn
