Low Nest Farm B&B,Tariff for 2014
 
Bed and Breakfast prices are per person, per night:

  Single person occupancy ................................    £50.00    £45.00    £40.00

Single night stays are subject to availability and can only be booked  a few weeks in advance

A non-returnable deposit equal to the cost of the first night is required to secure a reservation.

Dog supplement: £3 per dog per night to a maximum of £20 per party per visit

Rooms 2 & 3 are front-facing with a view of Helvellyn.
Room 1 is side-facing with a view of the barn yard.
 
Normal check-in time is between 3pm and 6pm - please let us know in advance
if you plan to arrive later or if you are delayed by traffic etc.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Cancellations - We reserve the right to make full charge for cancellations within six weeks of arrival if we are unable to re-let your room.
  For this reason we recommend you take out travel insurance if there is a possibility you may need to cancel.
